Why KCOM selected elementsuite to drive HR Innovation

We have some exciting news to share! elementsuite has been selected as the HR software provider for KCOM, a UK-based communications and IT service provider.

Founded in 1904 as the telephone department for Hull Municipal Corporation, KCOM has a long history of innovation and progress. They now have over 750 employees, and serve around 150,000 customers across the Hull, East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

KCOM prides themselves on being different and helping their customers harness the power of technology. And now, they’re continuing that tradition by teaming up with us to upgrade their HR software.

Why did they choose us? As their contract with their previous HRIS provider was coming to an end, KCOM wanted a HR solution that would alleviate the burden of manual processes and double keying. They were also looking for a more cost-effective option that could streamline their processes and support their employees who are often out on the road, working on cyclical shift patterns.

In other words, they needed a HR software that was actually fit for purpose. And that’s where we come in!

Our tile view feature, allows employees to swiftly navigate around the solution and quickly access exactly what they need, when they need it, from seeing their upcoming schedule to requesting time off, all in the palm of their hand, was a major draw for KCOM. They were also impressed by with our automation capabilities, scalability, and single line of code, which means that they will continue to evolve, with access to new features. With the strong focus on the employee experience, it sealed the deal.
