OCO Westend launch performance management with elementsuite
OCO Westend, a rapidly expanding hospitality franchise with over 20 Starbucks sites across Scotland, went live with elementsuite in May 2023, deploying elementsuite’s Recruit, HR, Engage, Work, Pay and Time modules.
Now, OCO Westend have added Performance Management to their suite, aiming to enhance employee engagement while simplifying the process of recording, managing, and tracking performance for increased efficiency.
By moving away from outdated manual paper processes, OCO Westend now has an “always-on” performance feature within elementsuite. This transformation makes it easier for employees and managers to have simple and ongoing “how’s it going?” conversations throughout the year. And the shift to streamlined digital processes also ensures GDPR compliance, giving peace of mind while improving overall efficiency.
