elementsuite, HR and workforce management provider, has been chosen by Five Guys Germany, the American fast food chain. With nearly 1,500 employees and 35 sites in Germany, Five Guys has selected elementsuite’s HR and Workforce Management software to transform their people processes.

After the successful delivery and go-live of elementsuite with Five Guys UK, Five Guys Germany saw the benefits of elementsuite in transforming their world of work. They recognised the unique approach that elementsuite has in working shoulder-to-shoulder in close partnership with the project team to ensure smooth implementation.

Selecting elementsuite’s HR, Engage, Perform, Work, Time and Pay modules, Five Guys Germany will now be able to optimise efficiency for HR Admins, Managers, and Employees. Key benefits for Five Guys Germany will include:

• Forecasting labour requirements
  • With precise labour forecasting that takes into consideration key factors such as nearby events, staff allocation will be automatically mapped against Five Guys Germany’s demand and budget, which can then be used to easily auto-schedule staff, saving time and improving productivity.

• Rota management and employee empowerment
  • Managers at Five Guys Germany will have all the tools to have the right people in the right place at the right time. Employees will be empowered with self-service functionality, being able to clock-in and -out with ease using geo-fencing technology. Employees will even be able to pick up ad exchange shifts across multiple sites from their mobile device.
