Travelodge, the UK’s first budget hotel brand which operates over 590 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain has selected elementsuite as its HR and Workforce Management solution. The company employs over 10,000 colleagues who mostly work remotely across the estate and at head office. Travelodge has selected elementsuite’s HR, Engage, Workforce Management, Time, Performance and Pay Modules. It is the one-stop HR service, digitalising and empowering colleagues to access all their HR tools and requirements via their mobile devices.
elementsuite is partnering with BDO’s payroll services team to completely transform Travelodge’s current processes by utilising critical workforce modelling and management tools to drive operational and payroll efficiencies across the Travelodge estate.
