Alex Lee, Head of Client Services, elementsuite. Alex leads a dynamic team whose strapline is ‘customer happiness’. Their role is to support the day to day needs of elementsuite’s clients. But more than that, they’re passionate about delivering amazing customer service, which means having in-depth knowledge of both the client and the elementsuite products they use.
“Although we have in-depth knowledge of all our products, it’s important to support our clients, by seeing their query, through their lens, use language that means something to them, and turn geek speak into something everyone can understand,” says Alex.
Alex is a natural problem solver, and also a real people person. This together with his extensive experience in previous roles such as Head of Special Projects and Head of Platform, Quality and Support means clients are ensured of the highest level of technical and functional support.
