Steve Elcock's Biography

Steve Elcock is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of elementsuite. He is a technology entrepreneur, reinventing the way we run HR. His vision was to revolutionise traditional HCM thinking and how people experience work by building an innovative employee-centric SaaS HR platform. elementsuite is the realisation of this vision, with a solution that encompasses the full employee life-cycle. A harmonious fusion of talent and tech.

From an early age Steve was intrigued by the human brain, taking him to Cambridge University (Kings) to study Neuroscience. This passion to understand the power, complexities and secrets of the mind and how the human brain perceives data, solves problems and adapts to different environments paved his career path.

Joining PWC, Steve honed his knowledge and skills delivering high value consulting, successful project management, together with technical development and implementation to large, complex organisations.

His entrepreneurial desire to create a better way of working that combined people and systems was realised in 2000 when he founded Succeed Consultancy. “I wanted to create a business that delivered engaging people systems that not only met required business goals within the boundaries of cost, time and quality, but exceeded client expectations through injection of innovation and inspiration into the delivery” says Steve.

This was only the beginning of the journey to reinvent HR. Over the past 10 years he has driven the development of a full HR employee life-cycle SaaS platform called elementsuite. His vision for bringing together people and technology to the benefit of both the business and its staff has been developed from a user-first, mobile-first perspective.

The elementsuite software is based upon unique technology and a philosophy that caters both for implementation of full suite HR or alternatively “best of breed” by plugging into elementsuite’s core platform. As a key differentiator, we have also have developed our delivery, implementation and support model based upon embedded elementsuite technology, which reduces technology friction and speeds up the process to go-live.

“It’s great to be a disruptor, but more importantly our approach is really rethinking the traditional HCM industry. I’m very proud of what we’ve been able to achieve, and the positive difference we are making to an impressive list of clients”, says Steve.
