LONDON-elementsuite, one of the UK’s fastest growing HCM SaaS platforms today, announces the appointment of Dan Bessant as Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position within elementsuite. Dan has been brought in to augment the management team as the business continues its rapid growth. Dan previously worked as Director of Technology Corporate Finance at PWC and more recently led Commercial Operations at Venerate Solutions.

Dan will oversee elementsuite’s implementation, finance and customer support teams, and will have a broad ranging remit. Dan will be focused on improving operational excellence and efficiencies in order to meet elementsuite’s accelerated growth strategy, whilst also improving elementsuite’s ongoing support services and customer success.
