Krispy Kreme signs three year deal with elementsuite for full suite HR and WFM across UK and Ireland
elementsuite, the cloud-based SaaS HR Platform for food service and retail teams, has announced a three-year contract with hospitality heavyweights, Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland.
The brand, famed for its doughnuts has exclusively signed the deal with the digital HR software company and will roll out its full suite of seven HR modules across Ireland and the UK in the coming months. Krispy Kreme UK currently employs over 1,600 staff, and last month announced they’re set to open its first Irish store in Dublin in September, adding a further 150 employees. Krispy Kreme were looking for a full HR and workforce management solution on one platform across both its UK and Ireland markets.
elementsuite is the new wave of disruptive HR technology hitting the market. Offering clients a simple and intuitive, ‘highly configurable’ HR solution in the cloud that is designed for multi-country (incl. HR legislations/compliance), managed/franchise operations (including different rules by franchisee) for both large and small companies. With GDPR forcing better data security, more operators are becoming disillusioned with multiple inflexible systems, endless log-ins, ad-hoc integration and no overall insight of their people. elementsuite, covers the entire employee life-cycle through a single point of access including; Recruitment, HR, Learning, Performance, Engagement, Scheduling and Payroll. Operators also have the ability to build up their HR solution over time, as the modules can work independently, or seamlessly together.
The elementsuite team are thrilled to be working alongside Krispy Kreme UK and Ireland. By empowering team members with personalised access to all of their HR information – ranging from their HR details to their learning roadmap, schedule and performance review, elementsuite will assist in enabling Krispy Kreme to be the “number one choice of employer.”
The major challenge operators face is HR systems not working together which is very expensive to fix with different security models, poor user experience and inaccessible data. For those vendors that do offer integrated solutions, choice and flexibility is limited, and costs are high. A particular gap in the market is offering optimised Workforce Management (WFM) as part of a full suite HR offering. elementsuite fixes these problems and provides the opportunity to enable more robust control of wages, alongside daily attention to shift patterns and schedule quality, matching staffing levels with customer demand, and targeting recruitment and training where it is needed.
