The Jockey Club have officially gone live with elementsuite’s HR system.
Founded in 1750, The Jockey Club is the largest commercial group in British horse racing with over 700 employees spanning over 27 sites. And now, thanks to elementsuite’s HR system, managing their workforce has never been easier.
Over a period of 7 months, elementsuite implemented the HR system across 5 modules: recruit, core HR, engage, perform and work. This means The Jockey Club can now automate and streamline their HR processes, allowing them to focus on what they do best – creating unforgettable experiences in the world of horse racing.
The People and Culture team at The Jockey Club are particularly thrilled with the modern look and feel and improved colleague engagement. And with the added bonus of being mobile-friendly, The Jockey Club team can maintain a consistent colleague experience whether they’re at their desk or out on the field.
One of the biggest steps forward for The Jockey Club has been using a fully integrated platform and in particular incorporating performance management seamlessly into one centralised system. elementsuite has significantly reduced the time burden on the People and Culture team and significantly improved colleague experience.
The Single Sign On (OKTA) feature has also been a hit, allowing for easy access to all business applications through one log in – goodbye forgotten passwords!
“Streamlining our processes has helped to increase efficiencies across the team. The ‘easy to use’ colleague experience has been really well received. It’s great to see benefits being realised across the entire employee lifecycle” says Michelle Saleh, Head of Colleague Experience at The Jockey Club.
