We are delighted to announce that one of the UK’s largest hotel brands, Travelodge has officially gone live with elementsuite’s HR & Workforce Management platform.

Following a ten month comprehensive implementation programme, Travelodge’s 12,000 colleagues who work across 580 UK hotels and at Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire – are now enjoying the benefits of our people first HR & Workforce Management platform – all via their mobile phones.

This gives Travelodge’s colleagues quick access to all the essential information they need at the tap of their fingertips such as their next shift, booking time off or viewing their payslips.

No more time is wasted on manually creating and printing weekly rotas – gone are the days of scribbling changes in pen and paper and sticking them to the wall! Forecasting staffing needs across Travelodge’s 580 UK hotels is now more simply managed.

Modules selected for implementation include Recruit, HR, Engage, Pay, and our Advanced Workforce Management module. And while the Perform module has also been selected, this will go-live at a later date.

Travelodge now has one single source of truth to manage their entire employee journey. One system that allows Travelodge to look after all their colleagues in one place – from colleagues working across multiple hotels to real-time dashboards to provide business insights for operations and central management.

The cherry on top is integration with Travelodge’s third-party booking systems and housekeeping tool. Hotel Managers no longer have to rely on excel to produce demand forecasts. This is now all automated through elementsuite’s Advanced Workforce Management module. Travelodge can now schedule rotas more accurately for their colleagues and guests alike, across every hotel – everybody wins!
