Scotmid selects elementsuite to deliver HR and Workforce Management digital transformation

Scotmid has selected elementsuite to deliver a new leading-edge mobile-first HR and WFM solution to support colleagues as part of Scotmid’s digital transformation of its stores’ operating model. The new cloud HR and WFM platform will be named ‘My Scotmid’ and will see employee self-service rolled out to over 4,000 colleagues across ~ 300 branches.

Elementsuite will empower each colleague with access to their personal records, holidays and absence, payslips, training records and rota and shifts in real-time in one place and on any device. elementsuite’s cloud architecture combined with its intuitive interface will ensure regional and central teams have the latest consolidated branch employee and labour data in realtime and at their fingertips allowing Scotmid to better align its store teams to changes in trading conditions and events.

With multiple different trading divisions operating across Scotland, the north of England and Northern Ireland with different trading hours and supply chains, Scotmid people processes are complex and broad.
