Wesleyan goes live with elementsuite’s HR platform
We are delighted to announce that Wesleyan have gone live with elementsuite’s HR platform.
With over 1,400 employees, Wesleyan selected elementsuite’s engaging, modern employee self-service solution for their HR platform. This means employees can now access the HR platform from their mobiles, giving them more control and flexibility when accessing information.
The implementation has enabled Wesleyan to consolidate multiple systems into a single solution, giving them the ability to take advantage of reporting capabilities across a single platform. Over time this will give managers access to more data to enable them to manage their teams more effectively and efficiently.
Working within the regulated financial service sector, the flexibility of the solution was an important factor for Wesleyan. And with the integration with BDO for payroll services, they now have a reliable and trusted partner for their payroll needs.
That’s not all. Wesleyan can now enjoy elementsuite’s single sign-on technology that has been configured to give Wesleyan employees a one access point to all of the business applications they need, saving them time and boosting productivity.
The elementsuite HR platform, which includes modules such as Recruit, HR, Engage, Pay and Time have all gone live; and the Learn and Perform modules are currently in phase 2 of development.
With the launch of elementsuite, Wesleyan are now well-positioned to take advantage of a modern HR solution that will enable them to drive engagement and productivity within their teams.
