We are excited to announce that Starbucks largest UK licensee, 23.5 Degrees, with 88 stores and another 23 in the pipeline over the next year, has gone live with elementsuite’s leading HR software. elementsuite has a unique reputation for delivering intuitive, mobile-first employee self-service, that will simplify the HR and workforce management complexities within the Starbucks franchise group.
23.5 Degrees selected six elementsuite modules (HR, Gross Pay, Recruit, Engage, Analytics and Workforce Management). The Franchisee partner (employee) experience is intuitive, natural and branded to 23.5 Degrees. Employees have access via their mobile to view their rotas, request shift swaps, share their availability (informing their Manager of when they are able to work) access their payslips, get company updates and update their absences and personal records – all when convenient to them – anytime, anywhere, any place.
Since going live in March, staff have engaged with elementsuite in fantastic numbers. In the first week alone, over 80% of all staff logged into the system (that 23.5 Degrees have renamed to Partner Hub). Staff have especially embraced the ‘Engage’ module to share news stories plus give acknowledgement to their colleagues.
“We are thrilled to have gone live with elementsuite.” says Barry Mulholland, COO at 23.5 Degrees. “Over the past five months, we have worked in partnership with the elementsuite team to digitalise and automate our HR processes across the employee lifecycle in order to achieve our company growth plans and objectives. Our people are at the heart of everything we do and we feel that the introduction of elementsuite will empower our employees to manage their HR needs.”
